1. What is ShopEase?

ShopEase allows you to create shopping lists, scan products, share and manage lists with family in real-time, keep track of purchased items, attach receipts to your lists, and monitor your home inventory.

2. How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy. Simply enter your mobile number and OTP, and you're all set!

3. Is ShopEase free to use?

Yes, ShopEase is completely free to use.

4. How can I contact customer support?

You can reach our customer support team through the 'Email Us' option on our website or the 'Support' section in the app under your profile. We're here to assist with any issues.

5. What is an inventory list?

The inventory list contains items already in stock. You can keep track of your inventory by swiping right to mark each product's stock level as 'Low' (Red), 'Medium' (Orange), or 'High' (Green).

6. What is a checklist?

The checklist is your shopping list. It has two tabs: 1) Current List, where you can create shopping lists and link them to shops, and 2) History, where you can view your purchase history.

7. How do I create a shop?

Go to the Checklist. Click on "Select a shop," then you will land on the "Add shop" page. Click the plus icon, enter the shop name, image, and location. You can use the location to filter the shop from the shop list.

8. Can I create more than one shopping list at a time?

No, you can add all items to one list. Mark the items bought from a particular shop. Other products will remain in the current list for your next shopping trip.

9. What happens to items in my shopping list that I didn't purchase?

Unpurchased items will stay in the current list until your next shopping trip.

10. How do I upload a receipt or invoice later?

Go to the History tab. Find the purchase you want to add the receipt to and click on the invoice icon displayed on the left of the card. You will have the option to edit the invoice by selecting from your gallery or taking a photo of your receipt.

10. How do I replace a receipt or invoice?

Go to the History tab. Find the purchase you want to replace, swipe towards your left, use the replace icon. You will have the option to add an invoice by selecting from your gallery or taking a photo of your receipt.

11. How do I accept an invitation?

Go to the Profile section. Click the plus icon near "My Group," enter the mobile number, and click invite. If the user you're trying to invite is not registered with ShopEase, you cannot invite them. Otherwise, they will receive an invitation under the Notifications tab. Click the notification icon from the footer, then click on the invitation and swipe to your left to accept or reject.

12. Can I replace an item while shopping?

Yes. If an item you added is unavailable and you want to replace it with a different brand, swipe the item to your left and click the replace brand icon. You can then add a new item manually or use the scan option. The item will be replaced with the newly added one.

13. How do I refer to the attached receipts?

Go to the History tab, find the purchase you want to check, and click the zoom icon on the card to view the attached receipt.

14. How do I find old receipts?

Go to the History tab and use the filter option. You can filter receipts by shop name or date.

15. Do I have to start by adding inventory?

No. You can start from the current list. Add items to the current list directly. Once shopping is completed, items will be added to the inventory list.

16. Do I have to add items one by one from the inventory list to the current list?

You can use the bulk option. Press on the inventory list, and you will get the bulk option.

17. Do I lose all the lists if I leave a group or join another group?

Yes, you will lose access to the lists.
